PROBLEM
From the start, our client appealed to the home and commercial service industries as a disruptor to an industry traditionally underserved by software.

Our client chose VioletX to collaborate as they embarked to solidify trust in their brand, self-audit across teams and identify holes in their processes and procedures that could put their customer data at stake in 2019 and again in 2020.
The cybersecurity team, with full-support of our client's founders, created a cybersecurity culture to match the quality of the platform.
VioletX helped our client to bring together leaders across the company to self-audit through a simulated incident response exercise. VioletX provided departmental-specific recommendations and action items that ServiceTitan could immediately implement as an integrated team, all while improving cybersecurity.
